Bobby Joe Rogers

Bobby Joe Rogers, born November 6, 1937, passed away on December 27th peacefully in his sleep. He was a retired veteran who entered the military on May 4th, 1959, and retired on December 1, 1979. He served 3 tours in Germany and 2 tours in Vietnam. He was a recipient of a bronze star medal. He was born to Arthur D Rogers and Emma Rogers in Montgomery, Alabama. He married Flora D. Garcia in 1968. They were married for 48 years until her passing in March 2015. Bob enjoyed playing pool and spending time with his family and his friends. Bob is preceded in death by his wife, Flora Garcia, his Father & Mother, Arthur and Emma Rogers, and his brothers Dennis, Wiley, & Everett Rogers. His sisters, Enerstine, Laura, and Pat

Bob's surviving relatives are his sister Sandra Mann of Prattville, Alabama, His Daughter Carol Lynn Levine of Montgomery, Alabama, and his stepdaughter Darlene Cramm and Son-in-law Mel Cramm, three grandsons John, Neil, and Jeffrey, and granddaughters Amber and Rachel.

Numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, whom he loved dearly.
