Bobby Ray Willard, 73, passed away on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at his home. He was born in Guilford County to the late Oliver Junior and Tula Elizabeth King Willard.
Bobby retired from AC Corporation after 40 years. He was of the Baptist faith and attended North Graham Baptist Church. He was an avid fan of UNC Tarheel basketball and football and the Atlanta Braves. He enjoyed NASCAR races and old cowboy movies on TV. Bobby spent time reading his bible and helping people. His family will remember him for his since of humor, joking and clowning around. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his children, Bobby Junior Willard and fiancée. Stephanie Lamoreaux and Kristi Rae brooks; grandchildren, Damian Olaveson, Kennedy Olaveson, Destiny Lassiter and Jazmine Lassiter; sister, Anita Kay Brooks.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 11:00am at Gibsonville City Cemetery by Rev. David Braddy.
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Alamance County, (HSCA) P O Box 5117, Burlington, NC 27216.
