Stephenville - Services for Boe Ezekiel Mayfield, 4-month-old, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Lingleville Baptist Church with Pastor Ryan Hurt officiating. Burial will follow at Clairette Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-7 P.M., Saturday, January 17, 2026, at Lingleville Baptist Church.

Boe was born in Fort Worth, Texas, on August 24, 2025, to Myles Mayfield and Kaydee (Boeve) Mayfield. Boe's life, though brief, was full of purpose and love. Born with short syndrome, he faced many difficulties during his four months on earth, yet he was never without the constant care and unwavering love of his parents, Myles and Kaydee. Boe knew only love here, and now rests fully healed in the presence of Jesus. His life is a reminder that even the shortest time can leave an eternal mark, and his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those of us who loved him.

Survivors include his parents; brother, August Mayfield; sister, Marlee Mayfield; maternal grandparents, Richard and Kelly Boeve of Lingleville, Texas; maternal great-grandparents, Elsie Boeve of Springfield, Missouri, and Dante and Pricilla DuValle of Lingleville, Texas; paternal grandfather, Damon Mayfield of Hico, Texas; paternal great-grandparents, Donald Mayfield of Hico, Texas, and Dixie Stewart of Eastland, Texas; aunts and uncles, Kaymee and husband, Robert Vankranenburg, of Lingleville Texas, Maegan and her husband, Joey Fraley, of Hico, Texas, Devon Corpus of Stephenville, Texas, Augustus and his wife, Tristin Boeve, of Stephenville, Texas; 5 cousins, Maxon and Owen Vankranenburg, Addison and Aiden Fraley, and Levee Boeve.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Marjorie Mayfield, great-grandmother, Jean Mayfield, and great-grandfather, Johnny Denton, and maternal great-grandfather, Eibert Boeve.
