Boner Rabon

Boner Jasper (BJ) Rabon 75, of Montgomery Texas passed away peacefully in the
arms of his Lord and Savior on January 9, 2025.
He never met a stranger and always had a smile on his face.
He had a great sense of humor and wit. Always had a way of making everyone laugh.
Born December 21, 1949, in Conroe, Texas to Bessie Odell & William Lester Rabon, Jr.
He grew up in Montgomery. He graduated in 1968 from Montgomery High School
where he played football and was active in many sports. In his Junior and Senior high
school years he was voted by his classmates as "Most Handsome".
Most of his life was spent in the trucking industry, driving 18 wheelers for Harley
Trucking Services. In 2010 he established his own business as owner/operator of X IV
Pilot Car, LLC as an escort service for oversized loads. He retired in January 2022.
Boner loved Country Classic and Southern Gospel Music. He sang in a Gospel
Quartet in Alabama. He loved to watch the Alabama College football games. "Roll
Tide". He loved animals, especially little Pug dogs.
He never missed watching a Houston Astros Baseball game.
Although fishing was his favorite sport, he enjoyed many others.
He lived his life with the gas pedal to the floor.
One of his favorite sayings is:
"If those wheels aren't turning and the doors are not shut, you are not making any
money."
Another he used often was calling Barbara, "Knucklehead." He would say she is a
knucklehead, but she is my knucklehead.
Often when he liked something Barbara did or showed him, he would reply with
"Dammit Girl".
He is in preceded in death by his parents Bessie Odell and William Lester Rabon, Jr,
his brothers Duncan Rabon and Morgan Rabon.
Boner is survived by The Love of His Life, and Best Friend, Barbara.
Boner gave his best years of his life to Barbara. They were inseparable. The love
they shared was special.
Also Survived by his daughter Rebecca Rabon.
Sisters Patsy Neskorik and Linda McReynolds and Brother Lester Rabon.
And numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
He will be missed by all that knew him.

"We would like to thank Barbara for her undeniable love and devotion for Boner.
From the time they met she never left his side. As always Boner and Barbara.
Boner took his final breath and went to the Lord with Barbara holding his
hand and loving him as she always did."
