Bonetta McDonald, 93, passed away February 26, 2025, surrounded by family in Bedford, Indiana. She was born on October 9, 1931, to Noah and Alma McGuire Nickell in Matthew, KY. She married Melvin J. McDonald on September 30, 1950, and he preceded her.

Bonetta was a former member of the Paoli Christian Church, where she was the Secretary and Sunday School Teacher. She was a current member of Carters Creek Christian Church in Orleans, IN.
Bonetta also worked as a Head-Start Teacher for Hoosier Uplands.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home, 226 West Campbell St, Paoli, IN 47454.
Funeral services will be held by Chris Westrick, Josh McDonald, and Minister Phillip McDonald.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at Dillman-Scott Funeral Home.
Interment at Paoli Community Cemetery immediately following funeral service.
