Bonifacio Ramos

Bonifacio Ramos, age 88, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 11, 1937, in Amoladeras, Mexico, to parents Maria Carmen and Isaias Ramos.

Bonifacio is survived by his devoted wife of 55 years, Enedina Ramos; his children: Emma Guido and husband Isidro Guido, Domitila Ramos and husband Braulio Martinez, Felipe Ramos and wife Leticia Ramos, Octavio Ramos and wife Maria Martha Ramos, Cesar Ramos and wife Adriana Sardina, Jaime Ramos and wife Juana Francia, Ruben Ramos, Celedonio Ramos and wife Blanca Estela Ramos, and Víctor Ramos and wife Brisa Ramos. He is also survived by his siblings: Quirino Ramos, Acencion Ramos, Fernando Ramos, Reymunda Ramos, Josefina Ramos, Eloisa Ramos, Eulalia Ramos, and Maria Ramos, as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family members who loved him deeply.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

Bonifacio enjoyed cheering on the Texas Rangers, watching soccer and basketball, and spending time playing Lotería. Most of all, he cherished being surrounded by his family, who were the center of his life.

A Rosary will be held Thursday, December 4, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home, followed by visitation until 8:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place Friday, December 5, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with Father Juan Carlos officiating. Burial will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

Bonifacio will be remembered for his kindness, his joy in simple moments, and the love he shared so generously with all who knew him.
