Bonnie P. Carnley
March 11, 1954 – December 15, 2024
Bonnie Carnley, lovingly known as "Nonnie" to her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 15th, 2024, surrounded by the love of her family. She was 70 years old.
Bonnie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who dedicated her life to her family and faith. She leaves behind her beloved husband, Rev. Ron Carnley, with whom she shared 55 years of marriage, building a home filled with love and warmth.
She is survived by her two daughters, Lisa with her husband Charles, and Rhonda with her husband Jimmy. Bonnie's legacy of love continues through her grandchildren: Caleb Taylor and his wife Rachel, Bonnie Dunn and her husband Andrew, Isaiah Touchton, Zeyla Ericksen, and Jordan Ericksen. She was also blessed with two great-grandchildren, Raylynn Abigail Taylor and Liam Dunn.
Bonnie had a kind and gentle spirit that touched everyone she met. Her family remembers her as a pillar of strength, a great listener, a source of unwavering love, and the best back scratcher on the planet. Nonnie's home was always a gathering place filled with laughter, stories, her famous potato salad, homemade fudge and cornbread dressing.
The family will celebrate Bonnie's life with a service on Friday, December 20th, 2024, at Faith Chapel North in Cantonment, FL. Visitation will be 12:30 to 1:30 pm and Funeral service will be at 1:30. Graveside will be at Pensacola Memorial Gardens, Pensacola, FL immediately after service.
Bonnie will be deeply missed by all who knew her, especially the love of her life for 55 years, her loving husband, Ron Carnley. Her loving spirit, warmth, and legacy of kindness will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.
Faith Chapel Funeral Home North, 1000 South Highway 29, Cantonment, is entrusted with arrangements. You may express condolences online at www.fcfhs.com.
