GRAY, Bonnie Lou (Bordeaux) – of Davison, MI, age 79, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Cory Snyder officiating. Interment immediately following the service in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 4-7 PM Monday, April 28, 2025 and 12-1 PM Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Davison Lions Club, in Bonnie's memory.
Bonnie was born in Flint, MI on December 19, 1945, daughter of the late Clare and Lottie (Balazar) Bordeaux. She was a graduate of St. Matthew Catholic High School Class of 1963. Bonnie retired from Genesys Hospital after more than 35 years of compassionate service, where she touched countless lives with her care and dedication. In addition to her career, Bonnie was an active and beloved member of the Davison Lions Club, where she made lasting friendships and contributed to numerous charitable efforts over the years. She was deeply involved in her community and loved attending the Genesee County Fair, where she enjoyed the simple pleasures of local life. Bonnie could often be found at the park, spending hours people-watching and appreciating the beauty of everyday moments.
Bonnie is survived by her 2 children, Tony (Amy) Gray and Andrea (Eric) Barbre; 6 grandchildren, A.J. Boyle, Blake Benner, Maycee Benner, Jacob Barbre, Lucas Barbre and Zachary Barbre; many other loving family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clare and Lottie Bordeaux; 2 siblings, Colleen (Don) VanOrden and Michael (Judy) Bordeaux.
