Bonnie Joan Heidenreich, 82, passed away December 16, 2024, at home in Indianapolis, Indiana.
She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana, on September 13, 1942, to Carl and Margaret Padgett.
Bonnie served our nation in the US Navy, worked as a Paralegal Cleark until retirement. She enjoyed gardening, canning, and traveling. Her favorite place to be in Alameda California as she grew up from young child to young adult as she joined the US Navy. She enjoyed talking on her phone for hours with family and close friends. She was an avid reader of books, especially Westerns.
She is survived by her children Donna Kinser (daughter), Kathleen Castro (daughter), Carl T. Heidenreich (son), William N. Heidenreich Jr. (stepson), Tonya Morgerson (stepdaughter), 12 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William N Heidenreich Sr.; Carl F. Padgett (Father), Margaret Padgett (mother), Michael A. Padgett (brother)
A private burial will take place in Marion National Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in her name may be made to Toys for Tots and/or Wounded Veterans, in leu of flowers

I am so sorry to hear about Bonnie. I have such good memories of when she, Mike, and I would go out and listen to the bands downtown. She was a lot of fun. I send you all my condolences. RIP Cuz. Terre
