Bonnie Huffman

BALLARD, WV – Bonnie Sue Huffman, age 77, of Ballard, WV, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2025. Born on May 1,1948, in Peterstown, WV, she was the daughter of the late Harry E. Nance and Annie Ruth Carter Nance.
Bonnie was a member of the Orchard Christian Center where she loved attending services and worshiping the Lord. She loved her family and especially her grandchildren. Bonnie enjoyed shopping.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of forty-one years, Layton "Buddy" Huffman; her brother, Johnny Nance; her sister, Pat Mann; and one grandchild.
She is survived by four sons, Estell Wickline of Pembroke, VA, Tony Wickline and wife Jennifer of Ballard, WV, Mark Huffman and wife Shawnitta of Ballard, WV, and Austin Huffman of Peterstown, WV; one daughter, Melissa Carr and husband Bruce of Lindside, WV; one sister, Billie Jo Day of Ballard, WV; eleven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Orchard Christian Center in Ballard, WV, with Pastor Rusty Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at the Sunset View Cemetery in Bozoo, WV. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of the service on Friday at the church.
