Bonnie Jean Lariviere (Anderson), 77, of Sioux City, IA, passed away on Friday, March 27, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.
Bonnie was united in marriage to the love of her life, Earl “Sonny” Lariviere, in 1966. Together they built a life full of love and cherished memories traveling to many places and sharing countless experiences side by side throughout the years.
Bonnie was a devoted mother to her son, Ronald, and was reunited in passing with her daughter, Tammy. She was a proud grandmother to Alesha, Kaylee, and Kelsey, and adored her great-grandchildren, Harper, Kensley, Lainey, and Deion, who brought her so much happiness.
Bonnie dedicated many years of her life working at Target.
Above all, Bonnie was a family woman. Her greatest happiness came from time spent with those she loved, including her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and several extended family members. She carried on the tradition of Sunday family gatherings – always preparing more than enough food and dessert. These moments together will be deeply missed and forever treasured by her family.
Bonnie will be remembered for her love and her dedication to family. She found joy in the simple things – cheering of Jeff Gordon during NASCAR races, often seen with a Pepsi in hand, traveling many beautiful places, and playing a game of Yahtzee or Bingo.
She is survived by her loving husband, Sonny; son, Ronald; granddaughters; great-grandchildren; brother, Roger Anderson; sister, Pat Coonan; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and more.
She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter; and sister.
Services will take place at a later date.
