Bonnie Sue Ray, age 81, of Dallas, Georgia passed away Monday, September 30, 2024. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta with Rev. James Kenton officiating. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Georgia.
A native of Atlanta, GA, Mrs. Ray moved to Dallas, GA over 40 years ago. She worked at several business, including Borden's Food, Dairy Queen, and Ryan's Steakhouse. She had been a member of Piedmont Baptist Church, and also enjoyed cooking and baking. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Loyd Ray.
Survivors include: 5 Children, Donna Sue Cox, Bobby Russell Cox, Timothy Ray (Carla) Oden, Stacy Loyd Ray, and Jerry Alex Ray; Sister, Shirley Ann (Carroll) Dyer; 2 Brothers, Stacy Gene Hall and Jerry Wayne (Louise) Dorsey; 8 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at West Cobb Funeral Home and Crematory in Marietta, Georgia.
