Bonnie Kate Brown Turk, age 95, of Gainesville, GA passed away at her home on December 3, 2025. She was born in Hall County, Georgia to the late John W. and Faye Westmoreland Brown. She graduated from Lyman Hall High School-Class of 1948. Bonnie was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church . She enjoyed cooking, sewing, fishing and in her words "playing in the dirt" which included a vegetable garden for many years and her many flowers.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hugh K. Turk, her grandson, Andrew Gerald "Andy" Turk, great grandson, Brystin Stevens; sisters, Lucy Sammons, Ada House and Pat Rail; brothers, Willie and Harry Brown.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Charles Baker, her son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Debbie Turk; granddaughter, Andrea Riley (Scott); great grandchildren, Drew and Anna Kate Riley, Oliver, Mila, Reed Turk, Kodi Stevens and great great grandson, Brantley Stevens; sisters, Evelyn Martin and Elaine Barnes (Jimmy), sister-in-law, Sylvia Brown and many other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday December 7 at the funeral home from 12:00 noon until 2:30 p.m.
