Mr. Boyd Estil Manning

Boyd was a man of true character. My father had so much respect for you and your family, as do I. You made the world a better place.

I have fond memories of staying with Boyd and Bonnie while we attended the yearly reunion. Boyd was early to rise, thoughtful in conversation, and impressive in work ethic. Dad (Phil) proudly admired the family tree you have painted, and we would listen to your antique phonograph cylinders together. Although Boyd lived a full and interesting life, he focused conversation around his guests and listened attentively.

You will be sorely missed. It looks like this snow storm may keep us from making it up there for the proceedings, but if so we will have you in mind and prayer constantly in coming days. Love you all.
