Brad Langerman, age 67, passed away surrounded by love. Son of the late Seymour “Chas” and Ferma Langerman. Beloved husband of Cheryl. Cherished father to Cara Langerman (Phillip). Loving grandfather to Easton. Brother of Chuck Langerman (Janine) and Vicki Tarnopol (Joel).
A devoted father, family man, and friend, Brad will be remembered for his loving heart, strong work ethic, and deep empathy for others.
Brad was known for being hardworking, passionate, determined, and endlessly caring. For many years, he built relationships as a janitorial supply salesman, a role that suited him well—he valued people, reliability, and doing things the right way. He took pride in his work and in the connections he made along the way.
Beyond his career, Brad’s voice became familiar to many as a PA announcer. He proudly announced for the Washington High School Prexies and Duquesne women’s basketball, roles he cherished and approached with enthusiasm and professionalism. It was a joy for him to be part of the community and to contribute to moments that brought people together.
Above all else, Brad loved deeply. He showed up for the people he cared about with kindness, patience, and an unwavering sense of support. His presence made others feel seen, valued, and safe.
Brad’s legacy lives on through the lives he touched, the love he gave, and the memories shared with those who were lucky enough to know him. He will be missed beyond words and remembered always.
In lieu of flowers, please consider honoring his memory with a donation to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, National Alliance on Mental Illness or Gallagher Hospice, organizations that meant so much to our family.
