Brad Wilson Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Colvin Funeral Home - Princeton on Feb. 9, 2026.
Brad L. Wilson, 64, of Princeton, IN passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 6, 2026 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was born March 21, 1961 in Evansville, IN to William L. Wilson and Suzanne (Smith) Wilson. Brad graduated from Princeton Community High School in 1979. He married LeeAnn (Drew) Wilson June 19, 2000 and was blessed with 25 years together. Brad retired from Gibson Lanes, his long-time family business that served our community for 60 years, in 2018. He will be remembered as a wonderful guy that enjoyed having a good time and poking fun at his friends. Brad had a wonderful sense of humor, big caring heart, and was always there if you needed him. He was a member of the Eagles, American Legion, and Princeton Moose lodge #354. Brad enjoyed playing on a pool league, playing cards, especially Texas Holdem Poker and was an avid bowler. One of his goals was to bowl a perfect game, which he proudly achieved. In earlier years he liked spending time playing golf and was an avid tennis player. Brad was a big cat lover and was known to feed all the strays around him. He truly will be missed by many.

Brad was preceded in death by his grandparents and father, William Wilson.

He is survived by his wife, LeeAnn Wilson; mother, Sue Wilson; sister, Stacy (Kemp) Horken; God-children, Brianna Lofton, Gabby Beal, Dalton Beal, and Danielle Beal; aunt, Barbara Smith; uncle, Brian (Dorinda) Wilson; niece and nephew, Sydney and Shane Horken; special cat, Wilson; and many cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held 7 PM Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at Colvin Funeral Home with Pastor Brad Keenan officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday 5 PM until service time at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made to Princeton Moose Lodge #354, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
