Bradford Darrell Baker born May 4, 1984 departed this life on Thursday – November 6, 2025 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky being 41-years old. Brad was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Kenneth Baker and Pauline Jane Deaton Baker. Brad was preceded in death by his grandparents, Green & Ollie Bailey and step-father, Ronnie Huff. Brad loved his girls more than anything, always cherishing the time he spent with them and his family. He enjoyed his time in the outdoors and enjoying nature, was an avid musician, he loved playing the piano, guitar and singing. Brad was a member of the Church of the Great I Am at Combs, Kentucky, where he contributed to the church in many ways with his musical talents and laboring anytime work needed done.
Bradford Darrell Baker leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife, Lisa Baker of Busy, KY; daughters, Eliza Jane Baker, Arizona Colwell, Allison Colwell, and Connie Colwell all of Busy, KY; mother, Jane Huff of Busy, KY; father, Kenneth Baker of Hazard, KY; sister, Jessica Barger & Perry of Busy, KY; brothers, Joshua Napier & Alison of Cincinnati, OH and Elmer Huff of Hazard, KY; nieces, Olivia Engle and Hannah Huff; nephews, Dawson Napier & Devin Huff; also a host of other relatives & friends survive.
Visitation for Bradford Darrell Baker will be held on Monday evening at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be conducted on Tuesday – November 11, 2025 at 12:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Larry Gross & Walter Fugate officiating. Interment will follow at the Whitaker Cemetery located in Chavies, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lisa & the girls.
