Bradford Lynn “Brad” Ramsey, age 69, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff. Brad was born to Gerald and Maxine (Kinter) Ramsey on May 21, 1956, in Omaha, Nebraska.
He married Micki Morgan on August 2, 1982, and together they welcomed a son, Joshua Tyler Ramsey, on April 27, 1983.
Brad loved riding his Harley, fishing, hunting, shooting guns, and spending time with his family. He also enjoyed playing pool and socializing with friends.
From 1984 to 1996, Brad was employed by Stevens County, Kansas, working as a road maintainer. He took great pride in his job. He also played a role in constructing the Dirtona Raceway in Stevens County.
Brad moved his family to Hot Springs, South Dakota, in 1996, where they owned and ran Yogi's Den Bar & Grill until 2002. In 2020, he relocated to Scottsbluff to be closer to his son, Joshua, and his daughter-in-law, Tera.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Tera Ramsey; sister, Debbie Williamson; and his beloved grandchildren.
Brad was preceded in death by his parents; a sister; and his wife, Micki.
