Bradley Mattson Obituary

Bradley R. Mattson, age 73 of Faribault, died on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Three Links Care Center, Northfield.

Interment with military rites will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, at a later date.

Arrangements are being completed by Boldt Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Faribault.

Bradley Robert, son of Robert and Rose (Skrumeda) Mattson, was born on May 2, 1952, in Eveleth. After graduating from high school, Bradley joined the Air Force and became a Sergeant Crew Chief. Throughout his career, he instructed auto mechanics, worked at AWI in Bloomington, and repaired homes. In his spare time, he enjoyed hiking, walking, and fishing.

Bradley is survived by his children, Joseph (Nola) Mattson, Lisa (Mark) Mehle, Jennifer (Joel) Sturgis, Mary Anderson, Kate (Jason) Geissler; many grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; siblings, Sherrie (Charles) Martin, Richard Mattson, Jerry (Veronica) Mattson, Michael Mattson and long time partner, Marylou Blenkush.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Devan Mattson.
