Bradley Dale Stopher, age 67, of Orangeville, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
Brad was born on March 10, 1958, in Plainwell, Michigan, the son of William Stopher and June (Brock) Burge. He attended Gull Lake High School and, following graduation, went directly to work at Parker Hannifin, where he dedicated many years of service until his retirement at the age of 62.
Brad had a lifelong passion for motocross. He loved riding, particularly in Northern Michigan, and was a competitive racer who won many races throughout the years. Most recently, he proudly won an ice race just three years ago. Quiet and reserved by nature, Brad was known for his steady presence and determination, qualities that carried through both his work and his racing.
Brad was preceded in death by his father, William Stopher, and his brother, Greg Stopher.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter, Nicole Coryell; grandchildren, Audrey, Nora, and Dawson; sister, Deborah Kilgore; his mother, June Burge; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Brad's name may be directed to the American Heart Association. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
In accordance with the family's wishes, a public time of visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Brad will be laid to rest at Hillside Cemetery following the visitation.
