When I heard that Brandon had passed away, I felt such a loss. Brandon was creative and a deep thinker. I have always thought the world had suffered a huge loss with his passing. I would have loved to know what Brandon would have added to this world.

Wow, I just found out about this. I´m heartbroken that an amazing soul was taken away.I had the honor of getting to know Brandon our senior year in study hall. I looked forward to talking to him and seeing things through his eyes. We made each other laugh and he helped me with homework that I struggled with. I loved joking around with him and getting him to smile. He had a big positive impact on me that I still carry. Because of him and him alone, I went from not caring about my future to actually striving to take it seriously and now I have a pretty successful career. I´ll always be grateful for him opening up to me and seeing that he cared enough to not judge my carelessness. He will never be forgotten by me. And to Brandon´s parents, you raised an amazing and unique kid... Be proud. All my love to that guy. Thanks man, you took a chance and let an immature punk into your life and guided me, without judgement. I´m so sorry for your struggles. Rest in peace, buddy. You´re always with me.

Thinking of Brandon and his family during this holiday season. He was an intelligent boy battling a difficult illness. I remember him fondly.

My first memory of Brandon was during his freshman year in my Honors English class. He was a little whisper of a boy. Sometimes he was so precise in his written work that he couldn't get his thoughts down on paper, but I knew he understood everything. He was extremely bright, and fought hard against everything holding him back. A few years after graduation, I ran into Brandon and a family member at the grocery story. He smiled at me! He remembered! I was driving to Washington today to go to my doctor when I saw Brandon's name posted on Beinhauer's. I was so sad that it was past the time that I could stop and pay my respects to a remarkable person. I hope his family will find peace through their memories of him.
