Braxton Colt Baxa
Braxton Colt Baxa, age 3, of Crawford, WV, died Thursday, April 10, 2025, at his home after a lifelong illness. He was born September 22, 2021, in Morgantown, WV, a son of Claudia Lear Jones of Crawford and Devin Colten Baxa of Buckhannon, WV. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, James and Christina Jones of Crawford; paternal grandfather, Dennis Baxa of Buckhannon; aunts and uncles, Ronald and Hannah Jones of Crawford, Rusty and Shai Watson of Ireland, WV, Derick Baxa of Buckhannon and Danielle Baxa of Weston, WV and several cousins, great aunts and great uncles. Braxton was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, LaDonna Baxa and one great uncle, Maxwell Lahman. Friends will be received Monday, April 14, 2025, from 12 Noon to 2 PM at the Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 2 PM at the funeral home with Brock Howes officiating. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com. Poling-St. Clair Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
