Brayden Matthew Clements

Brayden Matthew Clements, an old soul with a brilliant mind and a kind heart, left this world Thursday, May 9, 2024, in Nederland, Texas, at the tender age of 22. Born in Russia on November 8, 2001, Brayden was a young man who touched the lives of many with his love for animals and his passion for sports.
 
 During his academic journey, Brayden attended Lamar University where he achieved the impressive feat of making the dean's list in his first year. He further pursued his education by enrolling in Full Sail University online. Beyond academics, Brayden's interests included watching Horror films, playing video games, and indulging in his favorite meal of pizza with ranch dressing.
 
 One of Brayden's proudest accomplishments was his excellence in sports. He showcased his athleticism by participating in various sports such as baseball, football, basketball, and soccer. His dedication and hard work led him to attain a black belt in karate.
 
 In his family circle, Brayden leaves behind cherished memories with his parents, James and Michele Clements of Nederland, Texas; his brother, Joshua Clements; and his grandparents, Stella Mabry, Jim and Cathy Clements. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Glenn Mabry.
 
 He will also be deeply missed by his uncle, Mark Glover and wife Tammy; aunts, Susan Mabry Murff and husband Bill; Diane Bray and husband Reagan; Patricia Foster and husband Jim; and Kathleen Riggle and husband Chris; cousin, Mabry Glover; along with numerous other relatives and friends whose lives he enriched with his kindness and warm spirit.
 
 Although Brayden's time on Earth was too short, the impact he made during his lifetime will be forever cherished by those who knew him. His memory will live on through the love he shared and the joy he brought to everyone around him.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., followed by a Service at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 18, 2024, at Melancon Levingston in Nederland. Interment will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches.
