Brenda Kay Demonbreun-Alberd, 72, of Ashland City, TN, passed away peacefully at home with loved ones by her side on March 27, 2025. Born February 26, 1953, in Nashville, TN, to Kenneth and Wilma Demonbreun. Brenda was a 1972 graduate of Humm-Fogg High School and retired from the Baptist Sunday School Board. She enjoyed barrel racing in her youth and loved camping, family time, and her beloved pets: dogs Maggie, Bodie, Opie, and Penny, Granddogs Fred and Jack and cats Duke, Buddy, and Ms. Kitty.
Brenda was a Loving Mother, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Friend.... She will be greatly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, William Robert Alberd; Her parents, Kenneth and Wilma Demonbreun; and her Sister, Carolyn Demonbreun-Long. She is survived by: Daughter, Carla (James) Mosley-Luna; Stepdaughters, Donna Alberd-Richardson Jenny Alberd; Honorary Daughter, Dina Mills Step-Grandchildren: Jason (Lisa) Johnson, Casey Morgan, Taylor Richardson, Kristen (Zack) McGraw, Brandi (Mike) Freeman, Caitlin (Jerret) Hankins, Autumn Franklin, Cameron Franklin, and Tristin Spann Honorary Grandson's Nathaniel Mills Issac (Hailey) Mills along with 10 step-great-grandchildren. Visitation: Thursday, April 3rd, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM and Friday, April 4th, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Service: Friday, April 4th, 12:00 PM, followed by graveside service at Ever Rest of Cheatham Co. Cemetery. Pallbearers: Mike Moore, Mike Allen, Tristin Spann, Cameron Franklin, Nathaniel Mills, Issac Mills, Zack McGraw, and Toby Hibbert. Honorary Pallbearer, Jeff Horner.
