Brenda Angier Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by John M. Ireland & Son Funeral Home and Chapel on Nov. 14, 2024.
On November 8, 2024, Brenda Jane Angier of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away from this life unexpectedly at the age of 56. Born in Chicopee, Massachusetts, on March 4, 1968, Brenda was a Yankee girl who loved all that East coast living had to offer. After moving to Oklahoma, she especially longed for the cool, soothing climate of the Northeast. Brenda was blessed to have her dream job working for Southwest Airlines, where she was a Reservation Agent. She thrived in her career and thoroughly enjoyed her job, particularly the many opportunities it allowed her to travel.
Brenda explored a diverse range of interests throughout her lifetime. She took great pleasure in the art of cooking, and her culinary talents were honed over many years of tuning in to the Food Network and studying the various techniques she learned watching her favorite cooking shows. Music was another passion of Brenda's. She especially loved the theatrical shock-rock of KISS and may as well have been elected Commander and Chief of the KISS Army – she was truly their #1 fan. Brenda's choice in music was just as vibrant as her personality. She also enjoyed any opportunity to watch a good film and had such fond memories of watching Pulp Fiction with her brothers.
Though there were an abundance of things in life that brought her joy, nothing made Brenda happier than time spent with the people she loved. She especially treasured quality time with her son Christian. Her love extended to the furry members of the family as well, and Brenda particularly loved spoiling her cats. Holiday gatherings when the whole family could get together were particularly special to her.
As we say goodbye to Brenda Jane Angier, let us honor her memory by carrying on her legacy of love. She will be deeply missed by all those fortunate enough to have known her. May she rest in eternal comfort and peace.
Brenda is preceded in death by her grandmother Babcia, and her uncle Lester. Left to cherish her memory are her son, Christian Stone Angier, parents Samuel and Krystyne Reed, and three brothers – Mike Ferraro and wife Kellie, Sean Reed, and Ryan Reed and wife Ali.
