BRENDA LOUISE CLARK
Brenda Louise Clark, 79, of Pendergrass, Georgia, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville, Georgia. Born on November 8, 1946, in Harlan, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Jeffery and Doris Velma Helton Jeffery.
Brenda was the devoted and loving wife of Harold Griffin Clark, Sr., and together they built a life filled with family, faith, and love. She is survived by her children: Harold Griffin Clark, Jr. (Bridget) of Statham, Georgia; Doris Lorene Eyler (David) of Cumming, Georgia; and Tammy Sue Wood of Martin, Georgia. She is also survived by her brother, Eddie Jeffery of Dahlonega, Georgia; sisters, Anita Brandon (Jerry) of South Bend, Indiana, and Emma Thomas of Oakwood, Georgia.
Brenda leaves behind a legacy of love through her grandchildren: Hailey Bland, Matthew Daniel, Brett Ledford, Krystal Spivey, Jimbo Wood, Tiffany Gilliam, Travis Gilliam, David Webb, BreAnna Webb, Kyle Clark, Ashley Chappell, and Amanda Clark, as well as 26 cherished great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy.
She is also survived by her dearly loved sisters-in-law, affectionately known as her "Sister-in-Loves": Pat Owens, Janie Gray, Gail Phillips, and Debra Satterfield, and her Brother-in-Loves, Ron Satterfield and James Clark.
In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her brother, Clarence Jeffery.
Brenda was known for her warm heart, generous spirit, and the love she poured into her kitchen. She especially enjoyed baking cakes and feeding others, a simple but profound expression of how deeply she cared for the people around her. Her home was always filled with the comforting smell of something sweet in the oven and the kindness that made everyone feel welcome.
Brenda will be remembered as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Her love, generosity, and gentle presence will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
A Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, December 5th, 2025 at the Sandifer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at First Baptist Memorial Park in
Westminster, SC. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 4th, 2025 at Sandifer Funeral Home from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
