I've known Mrs. Brenda for quite sometime, through my work with doing bookkeeping/taxes.
She was always on time with her papers.
Last year she made bows for my wreath & Christmas tree when she came by. I Remember her dog George, you would see her & George walking through town. I'm going to miss her so much.

I met Brenda through her brother Lloyd I fell in love with her at the Hilton in Kenner she was the lifeguard in a white bikini we were married in 1963 She was extremely intelligent fair and the most Honest person I ever met.she learned the antiques business and was the Brains of the business, I just supplied the muscle, I pray that God gives her a ticket to paradise and gives me the strength to endure without her in my life, she is everywhere I look so thankful to family being there for me,it was a PRIVILEGE to be her mate,I´ll love you forever

Brenda was truly one of my closest friends. I´ve known her around 25 years!!!! She was real , straight forward in speaking her mind, loved animals, especially dogs better than most people!!! One of her favorite saying , oh Karen it was as cute as a button. Very dedicated to her family , business in Ponchatoula and bettering the community of Ponchatoula!!!! Her store windows always looked the best in town.... Especially Christmas time... she will always be in my heart and memories and let me know how she appreciated my support of her Citywide Yard Sale, annually!!!! Be at peace now!!! My dear friend,, Dr Karen Carter

Such a sweet spirit! I met her one day while shopping for pet food. She and I had a great conversation about hating to see any animal go hungry. I later visited her shop several times. A wonderful step back in time. My heartfelt condolences to her family.
