Brenda Sue McCool, age 73 of Lake City, Tennessee passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on March 10, 2025 at her residence. Brenda was born September 13, 1951 in Whitesburg, Kentucky to the late Gordon Eldridge and Mary Carter Eldridge. Brenda was an LPN for 32 years. She was a member of Red Hill Baptist Church in Andersonville. She loved sewing, quilting, crosswords, gardening, and fishing. Brenda is preceded in death by her parents: Gordon and Mary Eldridge, her daughter Brandy McCool Bavousett, sisters: Hester Campbell, Gaynell Dixon, and brother: Dexter Eldridge.

Family and Friends will meet at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City at 11:15 AM, Friday, March 14, 2025 to go in procession to the Mountain View Cemetery in Lake City.
