Mrs. Brenda Davis Morris, age 70, of Pearson, Ga. passed away Monday, February 03, 2025, at Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, Ga. following an extended illness.
Born April 30, 1954, in Coffee County, Mrs. Morris was the daughter of the late Raymond and Bessie Stone Davis. She grew up in Douglas, Ga. and was a 1972 graduate of Coffee High School. She worked as a secretary at the county extension/4H office. Mrs. Morris loved drawing, crocheting, arts and crafts. She was of the Baptist Faith and a member of New Harmony Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include:
Husband: Larry Morris of Pearson, Ga.
Son: Ray Thomas Morris and wife Kylie of Hahira, Ga.
Brother: Randy Davis and wife Beth of Douglas, Ga.
Sister: Annis Bowen of Charlotte, N.C.
Sister-In-Law: Lou Hennesy and husband Joey of Douglas, Ga.
2 Grandchildren: Addison Morris

Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services for Mrs. Morris were held on Friday, February 07, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at New Harmony Grove Church in Pearson, Ga. with Rev. Jamey Smith officiating. Special hymns included “Just a Rose Will Do” rendered by Terry Wheats, “In The Garden”, and “Beaulah Land” by Judy Russ and Linda Davis, and congregational hymn “Amazing Grace”. Music provided by pianist Terry Wheats. The interment followed in New Harmony Grove Cemetery.
Serving as active pallbearers were: Larry T. Morris, Ray T. Morris, Greg Connell, Robert Connell, Jeremy Russ, and Donnie Davis.
Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, Ga. was in charge of the arrangements.
