Mrs. Nova Faye Hardee, age 75, of Axson, Ga., passed away Sunday, February 22, 2026, at her home in Axson, Ga.
Survivors Include:
Husband: Ronnie H. Hardee of Axson, Ga.
2 Sons: Eddie Thrift of Millwood, Ga.
Michael Hardee and wife Randa of Wilsonville, Ga.
2 Daughters: Stephanie Mixon and husband Timmy of Millwood, Ga.
Winnie Davis of Douglas, Ga.
Brother: Dan Davis and wife Annette of Millwood, Ga.
4 Grandchildren: Saranan Hardee, Logan Hardee, Ashley Burton, and Ed Burton
Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.
Mrs. Hardee is preceded in death by her parents, Wilmer and Lucille Higgs Davis.
Funeral services for Mrs. Hardee will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at Indian Mound Baptist Church in Millwood, Ga. with Rev. Clayton Davis, Rev. Kevin Vickers, and Bro. Bobby Thrift officiating. The interment will follow in Utah Cemetery in Axson, Ga.
Visitation for Mrs. Hardee will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at Indian Mound Baptist Church in Millwood, Ga. from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
Mrs. Hardee will lie in state at Indian Mound Baptist Church on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M.
