Brenda Proctor, 65, of Pocatello, Idaho, passed away on February 16, 2026.
Brenda was born on October 19, 1960, in Pocatello, Idaho. She graduated from Pocatello High School in 1978 and went on to build a life centered on creativity, service, and the people she loved. In May 1982, she welcomed her oldest daughter, Lindsey Rhoden (Facer), beginning her greatest and most cherished role as a mother—a role she embraced with deep love, pride, and unwavering devotion.
She spent many years serving her community through her work with Southeastern Idaho Public Health, where she later retired. For many years, she brought beauty and comfort to others through her work at Flowers by LD.
On June 19, 1988, Brenda married Terry Rhoden. During their 16 years of marriage, they welcomed their daughter, Kaitlin Rhoden, in 1989. The couple later divorced. On September 2, 2010, Brenda married David Proctor, and they remained devoted to one another until her passing.
Brenda had a deep love for creativity and found joy in crafts, painting, stained glass work, bead work, and shopping. She especially loved gardening and flowers, taking pride in creating beauty wherever she could. Above all, she cherished time spent with family and friends and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Alongside her husband David, she was also an active member of the Vietnam Vets/Legacy Vets MC.
Brenda will be remembered for her kind heart, artistic spirit, and unwavering dedication to helping others. Her warmth and generosity left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, David Proctor; her daughters, Lindsey Facer and Kaitlin Rhoden; her father, Lynn H. Romriell (Jean); her brother, Kelly Romriell and his family; many cousins, aunts, uncles, and chosen family; and her beloved dog Mattie.
