Brenda Singletary

Brenda Singletary, a lifelong resident of the Miami area, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Higher Call Nursing Center in Quapaw. Brenda was born on March 28, 1962 in Miami, Oklahoma to Charles and Ruth (Chapman) Singleton. She was known for her warm spirit and bright smile. Brenda enjoyed life's simple pleasures…especially shopping and trying her luck playing the Powerball. She had a fun-loving personality and created memories that will be cherished by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her special friend, Joe; her mother; her brother; her two children; and her beloved grandchildren.

Brenda will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her laughter, her big personality, and her ability to keep things interesting and full of life.

There will be a celebration of life for Brenda at a later date. Services have been entrusted to Brown-Winters Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Miami.
