Funeral Service for Brenda Tucker, age 74, of Cumby, TX will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Murray Orwosky Funeral Home, Sulphur Springs, TX with Bro. Tim Potts officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Kaleb Yarbrough, Michael Arnold, Monty Arnold, Benjamin Arnold, Lee Frye, and Billy Tucker. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday, February 23, 2024 at Murray Orwosky Funeral Home. Mrs. Tucker passed away on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 in Greenville, TX.
Brenda Pauline Tucker was born to Floyd Russell and Dottie Pauline (Hammons) Woodruff on August 8, 1949 in Commerce, TX. She married Clyde Aubie Tucker in 1978 in Cash, TX. Brenda loved the Lord and enjoyed reading her bible. She loved animals, working in her flower beds, and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Clyde Tucker; daughters, Misty Box (Brandon) of Cumby, TX, Tina Frye (Lee) of Mabank, TX, Tiffany Richardson (Robert) of Mabank, TX; sons, Benjamin Arnold (Michelle) of Sulphur Springs, TX, Monty Arnold of Quinlan, TX; grandchildren, Kaleb Yarbrough, Cadence Jarnagin, Branson Box, Lakota Box, Brylee Bynum, Michael Arnold, Meichell Arnold, Megan Dill (Phillip), Nichole Arnold (Cory Smith), Krista Rodden (Jesse), Danielle Williams, Troy Tucker, Montana Tucker, Clint Allent (Erica), Misty Looney (Rufus), Kristina Davis (Kevin), Jesse Frye (Crystal); twenty-four great-grandchildren; stepsister, Verda Arnold, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd Woodruff and Dottie Kennemer; step-father, Jimmy Kennemer; sisters, Audrey Fay Woodruff, Marjorie Chapman, Marth Ann Woodruff; brothers, Cecil Russell Woodruff, BF Woodruff, Eddie Woodruff, Eugene Ewton, and eight stepsisters and stepbrothers.
