Brenda Faye Weston

Brenda Faye Weston age 83 died Tuesday March 26, 2024 at AMG Specialty Hospital in Batesville, MS. A funeral service will be held Friday March 29, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Gunter Peel Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ken Hester officiating; burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 11:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Mrs. Weston was born on September 19, 1940 in Columbus to the late Samuel Hubert Oglesby and Eloise Beasley Oglesby. Mrs. Weston was a member of Mantee Baptist Church, she was a homemaker and retired LPN. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her children, Dee Andra Wallace and Donald Allen Wallace and her sister June Davis.

Survivors include:

Daughter: Gaye Wilson and her husband Doug

Sons: Todd Wallace, Jed Wallace, Marty Wallace and his wife Leah

Brothers: Scott Oglesby and his wife Angie

Grandchildren: Drew and Erin Wallace, Jack and his wife Elle and Luke Wilson and Trystun, and Lyndee Wallace

Great Grandchild: Jed Wilson

Serving as pallbearers will be: Keith Savely, Mark Gossett, Drew Wallace, Luke Wilson, Nathan Wallace, and David Patterson
