Brian was born in Weirton, West Virginia to Glenn and Shirley Arnott.
He spent his childhood in Newell, WV and his adolescent years in New Cumberland, WV alongside his sister Sarah.
Shortly after he graduated from Oak Glen High in 1983, he began a soul-searching journey where he would meet his soulmate, best friend and wife Cindy for 38 amazing years.
