Brian Billman Obituary
Randy was predeceased in death by his father, Jerry Billman. He is survived by his mother, Bernie Billman, sisters Tammy Billman and Holly Heckenberg, brother-in-law Jim Heckenberg, and nephew Jared Billman.
Randy never met a stranger, loved people, adopted many dogs and cats, avid bird watcher, and loved to read. Randy loved life and will be missed by all who knew him. He was joyous soul.
Celebration of life will be held in Breezy Pines in near future.
