Brian A. Cadek

Brian A. Cadek, a spirited and witty soul, passed away on November 19, 2025, at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 50. Born on August 11, 1975, in Arkansas City, Kansas to Gary and Sharlyn (Hallman) Cadek, Brian lived a life full of joy and laughter, often being the source of it. A supportive father and a funny brother, his presence was cherished by his family and friends alike.
Brian grew up in South Haven, Kansas, where he developed his passion for all things mechanical. This passion led him to vo-tech school where he honed his skills. Brian was a master tinkerer, often found working on 4-wheelers, vehicles, and guns. He held a particular fondness for his 1969 Chevy Camaro, a testament to his love for vintage automobiles. His health battles with cancer and seizures did not deter him from staying involved with his family and enjoying his hobbies.
Brian is survived by his daughters: Dannyell Cadek of Wellington, Kansas, Gabryell Mayer and her husband Hunter of Blackwell, Oklahoma, his son: Nolan Cadek of Narden, Oklahoma, brother: Christopher Cadek of South Haven, Kansas, and his beloved grandchildren: Keighen Ewy, Yeshua Mangrum, Lenora Mangrum, and Huntley Mayer. Brian was preceded in death by his parents, Sharlyn and Gary Cadek.
