Brian Lee Carter, age 37, of Willmar, passed away Sunday, September 21, at CentraCare Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar, from an apparent heart attack, surrounded by family and friends.

Brian was born on July 12,1988, in Burlington, Colorado, where he lived with his father until the age of 17. He then moved to Willmar to live with his mother. Brian held various jobs from retail, to being a mechanic and working for Ed's towing. He loved to help friends and family with projects.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Elna and Frances Carter; his aunt, Erva; and his sister, Eleana Mcdonough.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Tina and Martin Chappo; his father, Darrell Carter; and his brother, Darrell McDonough; besides many nieces, nephews and friends. He will be missed by all.
