Brian Christopher Morgan, 56, of Lynchburg, went to be with his savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. He was the loving husband of Christy-Lynn Davidson Morgan.

Brian was born in Riverside, California, on March 4, 1968, a son of Orville Morgan of Florida and Dianne Meads of California. Brian was an avid guitar player, loved his cats, collecting guns, shooting at the range, and regularly practiced jiu-jitsu. However, above all his interests, he loved most spending time with his wife and best friend Christy, with whom he spent 31 happy years. Brian was an unashamed believer in the gospel of Jesus Christ and never shied away from letting others know of his free gift of salvation.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by: his brother, Chris Cosetta, his sisters, Jessica Meads, Missy Morgan, and Breanne Liefer, and 25 nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Brian’s Life will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Tharp Funeral Home, 220 Breezewood Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24502.
