Brian Warren Dalley, 71, passed away on February 1, 2026. He was born on November 28, 1954, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Warren and Oneida Dalley, and later made Danville, Kentucky, his home.

Brian was a proud graduate of the Kentucky School for the Deaf, where he built lifelong connections and friendships. He was a member of the Danville Deaf Baptist Church,

Throughout his life, Brian faced the challenges of being disabled with grace and determination. His strength in adversity inspired those around him, and he will always be remembered for his kind heart and gentle demeanor.

Brian is survived by his family and many friends who will miss him dearly. He is dearly loved by his friend and caregiver Sherry Smallwood and her late husband Irvin Smallwood who was his best friend. He is also survived by his guardian Rita Zirnheld Anderson and her husband Doelan along with extended family in Michigan

Funeral services for Brian Warren Dalley will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Stith Funeral Home, Danville. A visitation for friends and family will take place prior to the service 12 p.m. – 1 p.m., Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at Stith Funeral Home, Danville. He will be buried at Bellevue Cemetery with his parents.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the the KSD Foundation.
