Brian Michael DeVault, 37, of Newburgh, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2025. He was born January 5, 1988 in Evansville to JoAnn (Martin) and Robert DeVault.
Brian graduated from Mater Dei High School in 2006. He was an Eagle Scout. Brian enjoyed gardening and especially loved taking care of Bonsai trees. He also enjoyed playing cards with his friends.
He is survived by his parents; sister, Christina (Ryan) Wilson; nieces, Hadley and Cora Wilson; nephew, Luke Wilson; aunt, Sharon Martin; cousins, April (Rob) Hahn, Brandon Bradley, Phelicia Bradley, Jacob Hahn, Kristen Hahn, Katherine Hahn, Bill (Stacia) Martin, Tyler Martin, Zach Martin, Mia Martin and Randall Pruitt; and many other beloved family members.
Brian was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dorothy and William Martin and Mary DeVault; uncles, Mike Martin, Dave DeVault and Paul DeVault; and cousin, Troy Bradley.
Private services will be held at a later date.
Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Easterseals Rehabilitation Center, 3701 Bellemeade Ave., Evansville, IN 47714.
