Brian Fruendt entered God's Kingdom on January 19, 2023, from complications of a congenital heart defect. Brian was born to Karen and John Fruendt on April 7, 1974, in Irving, Texas. When he was younger, he loved to play soccer, watch movies, and had an active presence in his church youth group. He was a graduate of the University of North Texas where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. He pursued his career as a financial advisor. Brian was passionate about helping people plan for their financial future.
In 1993, Brian met his soulmate Rhonda in the Irving High School library. They were high school sweethearts that would go on to marry in 2000. They would go on to have two boys, Cameron and Liam. In addition to being a dedicated and loving husband and father, Brian also loved playing golf, making beer, waterfowl hunting, woodworking, traveling, and perfecting how to smoke meat. He was known for his ribs and BBQ burnt ends. Throughout Brian's entire life, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those around him. He was a part of the Holy Cow Smokers Disaster Relief Ministry and LOG Youth Ministry.
Brian was known for his great sense of infectious humor. He enjoyed entertaining and cooking for family and friends. He was a "foodie." He loved trying different cuisines, especially the spicy ones. Brian was partial to black labs and fat, lap cats.
He is survived by many loving family members, including his wife of 22 years, Rhonda; his two sons Cameron and Liam; his brother Steve and his wife Patricia and their children Garrett and Aubrie; and his mother Karen. We will all miss his servant heart, generosity, awesome food, and sense of humor.
John 14:27
"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

Rhonda and family, Karen, Steven and family:

We are heartbroken over the loss of Brian. He was an incredibly sweet, funny little boy who grew into a fine husband and father.

Although those of us on Earth mourn, God had a plan for him. I can only imagine the joy he felt seeing his Dad, meeting Grandpa Shannon for the first time, and being greeted by so many family who went before him. I hope he is prepared to barbecue...as I´m sure they do that in Heaven.

Though many miles separate us, and many years between the cousins we have held all of you close to our hearts. We pray now for God to give you peace and strength during this difficult time.

Love,
E. C. And Terry
