Brian A. Garrity, Sr., 47, Spouse of Amanda L. Brand, Latham NY passed on from this life on October 10, 2025 at Albany Medical Center. His departure took place in a quiet room with his favorite music playing and his spouse at his side.
He was born on December 16, 1977 at Albany Medical Center to Virginia (Kimmy) Belanger-Garrity.
Brian accomplished many great things, established a very successful business and built a beautiful life for himself and his family. He was very passionate about his family and working hard to provide for them. He was the fun dad who never missed an event for his kids and always made time to create magical moments and memories with his loved ones. He had a heart for people who were down on their luck and went out of his way to help them up. He was a selfless man with a great heart.
He is survived by his Life Partner Amanda L. Brand, his children Brian A. Garrity, Jr., Bailey A. Garrity and Bennett A. Garrity, his grandson Brian A. Garrity, III, and his siblings Austin, Mike, Kim and Anthony, in addition he was predeceased by his Grandmother Virginia L.Gerasia and his Mother Virginia (Kimmy) Belanger-Garrity.
Calling hours for friends and family to pay their respects will be on Friday October 17th from 1-3pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd , Colonie.
