Brian Howard Hall, (60), of Spokane, Washington, was born on February 14, 1965, in Spokane to Patrick Howard Hall and Jeraldine Hall. Brian passed away surrounded by love, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, laughter, and deep devotion to family.

Brian graduated from Coeur d'Alene High School in 1983 and later attended the Merchant Marine Academy in New York with a senatorial appointment from Senator Steve Symms.
