Brian Wayne Johnson

Brian Wayne Johnson, 65 of West Chester, PA, passed away peacefully on Sunday December 21, 2025, at Chester County Hospital, West Chester, PA.

Born March 10, 1960, in East Chicago, IN, he was the son of the late Donald A. Johnson and the late Mary Lou Hewitt- Johnson, both Marine Corp (Retired) and residents of Dushore, Pa.

Brian grew up in West Chester, PA, where he completed his high school education.

He worked as a Construction Worker for 35 years in multiple locations throughout the United States and Hawaii.

Brian was a member of the Carpenter and Sheet Metal unions.

In his free time, Brian enjoyed boating and fishing.

He is survived by his siblings, Michael Johnson, Robin Genewski, Lori Palechek, Joanne (Jodi) Disantis, Susan Finnegan as well as extended family friends.

There will be a private transfer service on Monday, January 19, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. from the Homer Funeral Home with the Rev. Bert S. Kozen, presiding. Interment will be in St. Basil’s Cemetery next to his parents.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, Sullivan County Unit, 1948 E. 3rd St., Williamsport, PA 17701-3945.
