Brian Keith Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center on Jul. 29, 2022.
Brian Thomas Keith, 62, of Martinsville, left this life on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at The Waters of Martinsville after several years of battling failing health. He was born in Franklin on March 13, 1960, to the late Clarence Keith and Barbara (Ray) Keith.
He was an avid "handyman" who did various jobs for many over the years. He had a wild soul, and you never knew where he might be. He would often travel to another state and work a job for a couple months before returning home. He also enjoyed fishing and tinkering on small engines.
Brian married the love of his life, Paula "Sue" Keith, on March 7, 1988; she preceded him in death on October 13, 2019.
He leaves behind a host of family and friends including his sons, Chris Keith of Paragon and Michael Ligon of Paducah, Kentucky; daughters, Ashley (husband, Greg) Chapin of Gosport, Heather Ligon of Paducah, Kentucky, and Jennifer Hurley of Tennessee; brother, Clarence "Robin" (wife, Diane) Keith of Martinsville; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Barbara; wife, Sue Keith; son, Brian Keith Jr.; brother, Gerald Keith; and sisters, Rhea Woodall, Rhonda Keith, Rebecca Keith, Belinda Keith, and Rynetta Keith.
There are no public services scheduled for Mr. Keith. His earthly remains have been cremated. Neal & Summers Funeral and Cremation Center in Martinsville has been entrusted with the arrangements.
