Brian W. Kerns, age 72, entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 05, 2023, in El Paso, Texas. He was a wonderful husband, son, brother, and teacher, and will be greatly missed. Brian is preceded in death by his parents; Viola Sorenson and Malcolm Kerns. He is survived by his beloved wife of 10 years; Joann Kirkland; his dear sister; Sheila Iverson; his nephews; Tait Iverson (Landon, Liam, and Leighton), Colby Iverson (Stephanie, Kian, and Aubrey); his nephew; Todd Tagami (Leeann, Nadia, and Jaxon), niece; Tianna Tagami (Jason, Clemence, Riall and Coen); his brother-in-law; William Tagami; and his fur baby; Maiya. He is also survived by many extended friends and family to cherish and honor his memory. Brian leaves behind his legacy as an educator, whom his students will always remember.
