Brian Stacy Lanier, 52, entered into rest Tuesday, May 27, 2025. He was born on November 5, 1972, in Columbia, South Carolina. He loved helping others with his constructional talents in tile and woodwork. Brian was the kid who could enter a room and light it up with his mischievous smile which grew into his charm and wit as an adult. There was never a dull moment with him. Brian was an avid animal lover picking up every stray he would encounter, this is how he showed everyone he had a heart of gold.

He is survived by his son, Jordan Alexander Lanier; his parents, Petra and Richard Orzechowski of Grovetown, GA and David and Uschi Lanier of Leesburg, FL; a sister, Shannon Thomas (Chuck) of Harlem, GA; his grandfather, Weymouth Betts; his niece and nephews, Kennedy, Caiden, Colton, and Reed; his girlfriend, Kari-Anne Allen of Chattanooga, TN; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial Services will be held 3:00pm Saturday, May 31 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Justin Braun officiating.

Memorials may be made to Serenity Behavioral Systems c/o Hearts of Serenity Inc. 3421 Mike Padgett Hwy. Augusta, GA 30906.
