Brian A. Luksic passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 9th, 2025, at Sunny Hill Nursing Home, at age 78. Survived by his two daughters, Amy (Greg) Morris and Allayna "Nina" Luksic; two granddaughters, Nivaeyah and Aviana; and two sisters, Peggy (Walt) Lindstrom and Cathy "Tina" Talarico. Preceded in death by his parents, Emil G. and Josephine P. Luksic; and sister, Barbara Jean Ruckman.
Brian retired from Senior Flexonics and was a proud Veteran of the US Air Force. He was a loving father, grandfather, son, and brother whose perfectly timed "Dad jokes" made everyone laugh. Brian was an excellent cook who loved trying new recipes and teaching his daughters his kitchen secrets. He always had the answer to everything, no matter the subject; happily volunteered to chaperone school field trips; cheered in the bleachers during school sports; and drove miles across states for a victory hug after a marathon. Brian had beautiful blue eyes and a goofy, gentle spirit that left an indelible mark on every person who cared for him in his final years. Words cannot express how much he was loved and how much he will be missed in our lives. We love you, Dad.
Services will be private. Inurnment Woodlawn Memorial Park. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carlson Holmquist Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory.
