Brian T. McHugh

To the family of Brian, I remember him as a young boy. We were Neighbors of his on the east side of Providence when he lived on 10th Street . He was good friends with my nephew Evan and they had so much fun hanging around together. He was always a joy to be around. He was so smart and funny. I am so sorry for your loss. He was so young and vital and it is a tragedy we are forced to bear. Please know he will forever be in our memories as the wonderful young man he grew up to be.
